• Orders Placed Before 12 PM: If you order on Day D before 12 PM, expect your product to arrive by Day D+2.

Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to refund or replace damaged goods purchased directly through www.gomatedrinks.com, and within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

To be eligible for a return, please email us within 24 hours of receipt of your order at mate@gomatedrinks.com. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (in the original packaging) and photographic evidence must be provided of the damaged box and/or damaged items.

1. You can refuse the delivery if you believe the damage has made the goods unusable. If the package arrives damaged, refuse to accept it and indicate your reasons for refusal directly on the delivery note. If you don’t have the delivery note, use the receipt attached to the package. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents and send them to us at mate@gomatedrinks within 24 hours.

2. If you think the goods may still be usable, when signing for the goods, please sign for them as damaged. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents and send them to us at mate@gomatedrinks within 24 hours.
